There are many types of insurance cases: arson, traffic accidents, workers comp. to name a few. How they are treated and investigated can vary. In most cases this work is done through an attorney on behalf of an Insurance company. However, if you are a client who needs information and evidence gathered in order to prepare a claim or a defense, I will work diligently on your behalf as well.
