New clients and domestic assignments require a non-refundable minimum retainer and/or pre-payment of services depending upon the service(s) requested. Rates and pricing vary by type of assignment, degree of difficulty, and expertise required. Volume clients and Private Investigation Agencies are provided a discount.

The fee schedule below is for the most commonly requested services. Please contact my office to discuss an appropriate fee or for a written quote.

• Investigations range from $65.00 to $85.00 per man hour
• Additional Investigators are $50.00 to $65.00
• Surveillance ranges from $65.00 to $85.00 with video or photos included
• Mileage is $0.50 per mile
• Background Check and related reports from $75.00 to $150.00
• Process service: approximatly $35.00 per service
• Loss Prevention, Security & Investigative Consulting is $85.00 PMH

Minimum investigative billing time per investigator is four (4) hours excluding travel time. Travel time and mileage are calculated to/from our local office in addition to all mileage incurred during the assignment. Sales taxes, case expenses, and special administrative requests are not included in the hourly rate or service fee. All reports, invoices, and pictures are electronically sent unless otherwise requested. Day rates are available for extended daily assignments.
